Gail Wick

Degree: BS in Elementary and Kindergarten Education (1967), MS in Elementary Education (1969)

Gail grew up in White Plains, NY. She retired from teaching in June 2005, after 30 years teaching nursery school through 3rd grade in Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Maryland and most recently Acton, Massachusetts. Gail is part of an extended Penn State Family. Her father graduated in 1940. Gail’s husband, Dave, received his BS in Electrical Engineering in 1969. Their oldest son, Andy, received his MS in Industrial Engineering in 1998. Gail’s youngest son, Ryan, played hockey for the Penn State Icers and graduated with a BA in Liberal Arts. Gail and Dave, live in Acton, MA.

Gail has been involved with the Alumni Admissions Committee for the Boston Chapter since 1992. She has also served as President from 2000-2002, and is currently organizing Alumni Admissions Committee Activities.
