Drew Hickey, Penn State Class of 2023, specializes in Office and Industrial Investment Sales and Leasing throughout the Central Route 128 and North markets. Drew has a strong foundation in the brokerage business throughout Greater Boston, having spent three years at Marcus & Millichap prior to joining R.W. Holmes. Want to try a brew. . .brewed by a Penn Stater? Massachusetts is home to countless breweries and these are owned and operated by Penn State alumni/families! Check out Hot Plate Brewing Co. in Pittsfield, Tackle Box Brewing Company in Marlborogh, and Greater Good Imperial Brewing Company in Worcester.

PSU Boston is also partnering with Roundhead Brewing Company in Hyde Park! Roundhead has brewed a craft beer called Blue Carnival with $1 from every pint sold being donated to Boston's Night of Hope! Stop in to their Hyde Park Taproom!

Alumni Spotlight

Julie Devaney Hogan graduated from Schreyer Honors Program in 2003 with degrees in Communication Arts and Sciences and English. She recently published a children’s picture book titled It's Still OK to Laugh.

Book description:
It's Still OK to Laugh is a comforting picture book for children experiencing grief or loss. Through warm language and tender illustrations, the story helps kids understand that it is okay to cry, and it is also okay to laugh and feel joy again. Feelings can mix together, and that does not mean we loved any less. The book is perfect for families, teachers, school counselors, child therapists, and anyone supporting a child through the death of a loved one, a serious illness, or a big loss. It gently encourages open conversation and emotional expression. It is a helpful resource for social emotional learning, grief support groups, hospice and hospital settings, and home libraries. Love stays. Memories stay. Laughter can stay too.
