Membership has it's benefits!
Membership in the Greater Boston Chapter is separate from membership in the main university Alumni Association. What does our chapter offer you? Here are a few highlights:
- weekly newsletter updates via email about upcoming activities and offerings
- members-only access to chapter sponsored events including cultural and social events and area sporting events like Red Sox, Bruins and Celtics games
- invitations to monthly happy hours (a great opportunity to share stories about the good old days at Penn State with area alumni)
- invitations to participate in community service and philanthropy events like our annual THON fundraiser
- members-only access to cooperative events with university development offices to meet professors and staff and keep up with what's going on at Dear Old State
- discounts at our TV tailgate venue: The Greatest Bar (262 Friend St. Boston, MA) which include 15% off your tab of $10 or more
